Trying to be accredited for the last 5 months

I have been trying to get hold of Joanna for the last month via telephone and left messages with the switchboard and she does not even bother to contact me or reply to my email's. EWSeta does not even keep clients up to date on the progress of there application for accreditation applications. My company was opened in March this year and its not able to function as it has not been accredited. My students are waiting and I'm loosing a lot of moneys in the proses. What makes me very angry is that the government want people to get trades and find descent jobs and company's that are opening up to help them must wait. This is unacceptable and nothing is been done to sort out this problem. I did not want to do this but they left me no choice maybe this will be read and this problem will be sorted out quickly.
