Incorrect book received & refusal to send to Aus

I ordered study texts and on arrival I noticed that one incorrect study text was sent. Because I am in Australia, my books were sent to my Family's address in South Africa and I payed R1000 in postage fees to get my books to Australia.

After letting IBTC know that the incorrect book was sent they apologised, however are now refusing to send my book to Australia and have said that they will only send it to a South African address, which means that I will now have to pay another R1000 in postage. This was their error, however it is costing me!
