Wrote Exams but no results

I did book keeping with Birnum wrote my final exam and when i went to collect my results i was told i owed them R10000 because students had a demonstration months after i had finished my studies, when i showed them prove that i was actually out of the country at the time of the demonstration they closed the account, they then said they cant find my results for the final exam so i must file a result query which i did, and up to today they have not issued my certificate, instead they say i didnt write my exams.
