I purchased a cover for a Samsung Tablet online and the incorrect product was supplied. The seller contacted me and asked that I return the incorrect product and that they will refund me the postage. This I did and now the seller is arguing over R68.00 postage fee which is a difference of R35.00. So they are refusing to pay a difference of R35.00. Now BidorBuy has become involved and they are more interested in protecting their customers, ie sellers that the clients that are actually purchasing the products, ie the end users. When the BidorBuy consultant contacted me this morning, and I explained the way I felt and that I was actually the customers, he thought it was a joke as he was chuckling to me over the phone. As far as I am concerned, this is unacceptable.

No time when I spoke to the seller did they specify an amount that could be spent on postage and I have already had to go out of my way to actually send the package back.
