Not Happy

I registered for an Electrical engineering course with College SA on the 15/01/14, I was told that my first text books would arrive in 1-5 working days. I only received my first "Text book" on the 26/01/14 and it was not even a text book but a "Welcome pack", I completed the "Assignment" in the welcome pack and sent it back via email together with my further works order form requesting my maths text and study books on the 28/01/14, I still have not received anything in the form of study material. I simply cannot study at this exceptionally slow rate and find it unacceptable to be paying money for a service that is not being delivered..I paid an amount of R2200 on the 15/01/14 as my registration fee and would then be paying R893.00 per month until the end of my course. On 31/01/14 I received a statement from CollegeSA saying that I owed them R1500 as my registration fee was R2200 and I got a R650 voucher which leaves my balance owing at R1550. I immediately sent a copy of my proof of payment to [Email Removed] as per the email address on the statement on the 31/01/14 and did not receive any reply from, again sent the query on 3/01/14 with no reply. 30 day money back... def
