I am currently studying with Unisa, early this year after I registered for my 1st semester I received an sms from Bynary College of Business and I.T whom were offering assistance with the subject AUE1601, the package in tails "Unisa modules notes & Solution to question papers 15 days free class help with assignment for R450. And they needed was a module code then they sms a reference no.000412 along with their banking details. Also stated on the sms is that their delivery takes 15 days after they have received the proof of payment. Did all that and no study material, classes or any help with my assignments. All I need is my refund which they are giving me run around with cause I am done with that subject and passed it on my own. I must say the service is very bad as the people were very rude when I called them in March regarding assistance with my assignment as it was part of the package. All I got was the story of the lecture not being available at that time. Bynary College of Business and I.T has breach the contract we both entered into, as they never deliver their part.
