After I complained on Hello Peter the first time, Unisa responded and I received assistance, so I am really hoping that it happens again. I complained in the beg of Feb that I registered and received no response from Unisa. A few days later, they responded and my registration was processed. However, due to the fact that Unisa does not respond, I am VERY behind on my modules. I have missed 2 assignments, and have been emailing and calling the Module lecturer, and trying to find the Teacher's assistant, but again, nothing. There is absolutely no communication from Unisa whatsoever. My next assignment is due on the 25th of Feb, and I have to log on to a site (IT Lab) that I need login details for. Unisa is supposed to supply me with these details. I have requested more than once, but to no avail. I have lost the opportunity to do 2 assignments, and the credits for that. I am probably going to lose another. The assignment that I was able to do was done with only half the info available to me, as I need to log on to IT Lab, and I did not receive my study material in time - due to Unisa's lack of communication. I am a paying customer, and this is the way they treat me.
