TERRIBLE USELESS SERVICE!

I have been dealing with these incompetent people for over a year now and I have never received good service from them! They do not know what is going on in their own departments- and this is supposed to be an education facility??

They can never give you the correct details, they are never able to "transfer you" to the correct department, their accounts department is absolutely useless! We told to pay x amount per month per subject when in actual fact is was supposed to be x amount per subject for the entire semester. I am now fighting an endless battle to get my refund!

You are never able to receive the correct information regarding exams, registration dates and the collection of your results!

I am totally disgusted and would never recommend this institute to ANYONE!
They ignore you calls and emails when you try to resolve a problem!
