Study Material next module

I phoned the College for my next batch of study material I spoke to two different advisorsa the first told me she will upload my assignment and study guide to the virtual campus the second consultant told me I will only receive that after they receive assignment 3 which has been posted. Now assignment 3 I received via email asswell but all of a sudden I must wait untill they receive the next one. Up to now I thought their student support was pretty good but I was mistaken. Please the only way in which this complaint will be resolved is when the college email me or upload the next assignment module 4 I'm addition I had to wait a while to receive the original assignment for module 3 due to the post office strike. And now I have to wait again! I will complete the original assignments once its been posted to me but untill then I want to start work on assignment 4 untill I receive the originals.
