I'm a Bcom Transport Economics student with the Unisa, in December last year i registered for 8 module and paid them my fees in total, in December my study material package was delivered, but all the material for module FAC1502 was not included on this package, so i never received any study guides or tutorial letter for it, on their inventory letter it reflected OUT OF STOCK, so i thought material will then be sent to me as soon as they have it, i have been waiting for this material till now and i have my 1st assignment due on the 8th of March, i then emailed UNiSa since that is now the only channel of communication they have (call centre is no longer operating you go through an automatic voice thing) i seem to be getting no joy with them as their answer is material was included on the package i received in December (names of people that responded to my emails are Cecilia Oberholser, Thully Letlhage & Morris) i keep on responding telling them i did not receive it.
