COM3708 Assignment Missing

During the first semester of this year I enrolled for COM3708 - I have subsequently passed the module, but I have an issue. My portfolio assignment for the subject took WEEKS to be marked, and eventually days after the exam a very disappointing mark was released on MyUnisa. I honestly do not believe that this is the mark I should have gotten - my queries regarding the assignment have gone unanswered. SECONDLY - I never received my marked assignment in the mail as all my peers did. One peer had her assignment tampered with and it was subsequently fixed - my issue is that I am not being allowed to see HOW and WHY I did poorly on an assignment that I know I should have done well in. Can UNISA explain where my assignment is??? And why it isn't being mailed to me IN THE SECOND SEMESTER? Could UNISA please take note of this and reply to me? I am not one for public slander, but this is a last resort.
