EUP lack of prop planning and outstanding material

I registered for 6 modules in total for the year, I received my package noting the 2modules where incomplete without any study guides. Still nothing received. EUP1501 is one of my semester modules which should be under the management of a more competent person.
The module requires access to a website to complete and submit the assignment. on My Unisa it clearly says use you student number as username and password, it does not accept mine. I have sent emails and I have phoned several times but without any progress. My assignment is due and when I phoned again this morning to ask when I will be able to log in or will we get extension for the assignment due date I was told NO exemption but it doesn't matter if I miss the assignment... the assessments count 80% towards my final year mark because it is a practical module... This is a PC module taught by so called trained persons but they cannot even setup their own websites...
