They did not notify us of tasks and changes to the july test scedule and due to that we missed test and various task. We called to complain about the problem and they replied with a remark of you should have checked the classroom (we asked them to notify us verious times via sms because our internet is not relaibel)

I feel they could have informed us better about test and task
