Failed a test I didn't even take

Responded to this company that is looking for transcribers and proofreaders with a "high command of English". Step 1 - take an online grammar test; Step 2 if you pass the grammar test they send you a transcribing test. I took the online grammar test, had my answers checked by someone with a degree in English - just to make sure. Received a mail the next day saying I failed my grammar test and they cannot proceed with my application. The same afternoon received a mail notifying me that I failed the transcribing test. I never received the transcribing test and thus never took the transcribing test. I must also comment on the bad English and the punctuation mistakes in their online grammar test. Makes me think that they did not even look at my test or that the person that "marked" my test does not possess the "high command of English" required.

Sent an enquiry to their HR e-mail address given on their website and it bounced back as "unknown".
