Unisa
You never get anything done

I am writing about Unisa for the simple fact that they are incompetent.
I had written to them wanting to be credited for modules taken at the University of Pretoria they sent me a response and gave me credits for only 3 of my modules and when I enquired about the rest of my modules I was informed that I need to get my credit report and syllabus break-down and send to them.
I have done this for about 3 times now but still have gotten no response from.
I feel like they just there to make you pay for things that you have already done and do not care about the student but care about the money only.
I am sickened by this and think I was better of as a full-time student because then you have your problems sorted and you know who to contact.
I will never advise Unisa to anyone
