No Confirmation of Completion of Qualification

I have completed all subjects for my National Diploma in Safety Management in 2012, successfully. I have yet to receive my qualification from UNISA. I've tried to contact them since Janauary this year, no help at all. i am still waiting for a confirmation that i will graduate. my student number is 35609338. They give no help or response except send you to different ques that turn out to be wrong after hours of waiting. this has cost me a few job interview selections over the past seven months.
