Moved like a Puppet within a period of a yea

I rented a house thru CSI rentals in one of the units owned by Cosmopolitan Projects in Olive Ridge. My Lease started on the 1st of May 2012 and was supposed to end / renew on 31st April 2013. Cosmopolitan than decided that they selling all the units, this was lasty year in October. To cust a long story short, the house i was living in was then sold while i was staying there, i was then requested to be moved to another unit, this was in Dec 2012. I was then moved into 1 of the units that wasnt sold as yet. I was promised that i will stay in that house till my contract exprires on the 31st of April 2013. Guess what? The same house was sold again, i was given an option to move to Clayville where i will be paying an additional R2000.00 to what i was currectly paying. I decided to get my own place. He then offered to compansate us with an amount of R2000.00 for all the inconvenience caused. I then Moved on the 6th of April and till today i am still waiting for the money i was promised, he has been giving us different excuses on a daily basis and still no money in the account. This Simply means the Cosmpolitan can play with peoples's minds & has empty promises.
