I bought a shower unit for Builders Warehouse and had one of the doors break. I called TWO Builders Warehouse branches more than a week ago, and I'm still waiting for them to call me. I decided to try your Boksburg branch. When I entered the store, I asked for someone to assist with the shower units and Zamani was called. You did not have the unit on display, but when I explained to him what I needed, he said "No problem, I will order it for you". He went to the counter, placed the order and told me that I should have it next week Wednesday, and I'm still waiting for Builders Warehouse to call me. I must say that I'm very impressed with the way I was handled and the sufficiency that my request was dealt with. I will in future suggest that for pluming and tiles that people should go to CTM as Builders Warehouse at this. Well done to CTM, looks like you still value your customers
