Verbally Abusing Customers for complaints

We have recently had screeded concrete floors put in throughout our entire house, we used Africote despite their 25% premium over the nearest quote as they were by their own description Established Operators, had a 5 year guarantee on product and workmanship and guaranteed recourse.

They failed to deliver on their description of work to be carried out, changing their tune with certain things, and advising we get our builder to do such and such as they COULD do it, but it would cost more.

Post floors being laid, we were harassed for the balance of payment despite the fact that we could not walk on the floors for 2 full days to see we were happy. When we did check, the house had been left in a shambles (rubbish everywhere) and the majority of our lights were left burning for the better part of 3 days, the floors had some discrepencies we queried and the holes for our french-door loatches were missing.

My girlfriend called to get these issues sorted out and the owner shouted at her, refusing to take any responsibility even for the simple mess left behind. They then fixed the bare minimum and again immediately asked for payment. They have not responded to my further complaints
