Bad service non-delivery plague Micap Architects

Horrible service, the worst attitude, passing the buck... you name it, and I've experienced it with this firm. All I wanted was a simple double garage extension and conversion of current garage into a kitchen. They were initially nice, then I paid the deposit (70% of total cost of plans)... and then all broke lose. 8 months later, I still have no plans! Instead I get shouted at when I call to inquire, I get no feedback on progress (or lack there of), they refuse to tell me how much longer. I've never endured such abuse - you'd think I was asking for a free service. I then asked for my money back and I was told point blank that I wont get it!!! He insists that the work is already done, then when I request for the drawings, then I;m told they are not ready. Each time I'm promised something, nothing happens. I also found out that the architect assigned to my case quit, and there was no hand over, no communication, no apologies. Its business like these that give black people a bad name. I certainly will never recommend it. The MD needs a lesson in humility - and customer service. Shocking!
