STILL NO CUPBOARD

We ordered and paid for a pantry unit on the 25th of February 2013. They promised that we will have the pantry unit within 3 to 4 weeks. On the 18th of March (4 weeks later) Mary-Ann phoned me to confirm the designed of the cupboard and promised that we will have the cupboard before the long weekend (20th of March). The following week I phone the owner Johan of the company he promised to phone the factory where the doors is made.By 16:43 he phoned me back and promise to phone me the following morning because the factory is already closed. Until today he didn't phoned back. On the 3rd of April Mary-Ann phoned me and said she will arrange that i get the back boards so long while they wait for the doors. Later that someday she phoned me again and said they are still waiting for sideboards and it will take another 2 to 3 days before they will receive the boards. I am still waiting for any answer from them. It is 7 weeks later from ordering the cupboards
