No feedback, incompetent supplie

Lodges complaint on 20/12/2012 about a pipe leakage in shower through to adjoining bedroom in townhouse. Received SMS that Simunye Plumbing Works has been appointed to assist.. They made appointment to assess. Had no feedback from Absa. Phoned Absa on 3 January 2013 and Marinda said that the plumbers said it was the outlet pipe in the shower that was leaking and that Absa do not cover this specific item. After sending copy of my policy to Marinda she said Absa changed their policy and it now was not covered. I asked her to provide me with proof according to the Fais act that they have informed me about the change of the policy. No feedback. Phoned Marinda again on 10 January to find out what the status was and Marinda said the claim was now approved as they had no proof that a new policy was sent out to us. They again appointed Simunye Plumbing Works to come out to the townhouse. Salome from Simunye phoned me on 10 January to confirm that the plumber will be at the townhouse at 08:00 next day. The plumber arrived just before 17:00 . He said he was not sure if it was the outlet pipe and that we must get someone with an instrument who can test to see where the problem was? What now?
