Brilliant service - Happy custome

I purchased a Builders trade lock from my local builders trade depot. after about a week i locked my door and the lock broke. leaving me stuck outside my room.

Long story short i had to break down my old door. Needless to say I was furious.

I went to the branch and wanted to take my aggression out on the person I was told to speak to (Graham) Just to find that he was actually being nice and helpful!

He exchanged the lock for a more expensive Yale lock, Sent out an inspector to my house to measure my broken door & replaced it with a new one for free!

Its nice to see that there are people that still take service seriously & I am very happy with the service I received.

I would still not recommend buying builders trade products (especially locks)
