We stock the product, but not the consumables

I purchased a Ryobi lawnmower from a Massmart Store & went to Builders in Rivonia to buy an air filter. I was told that they don't stock airfilters ((despite stocking the lawnmowers and other consumables such as blades, spark plugs etc.) When I asked why not the staff member told me it wasn't listed and shrugged his shoulders. He then suggested that I contact the manufacturer directly.

Poor service from my neighbourhood DIY/Home supply shop...
