No delivery and bad attitude

I three months ago rushed to pay a deposit to Step Ahead which promised to have by burglar bars installed within 4 weeks. Not only has there been no delivery, i have had no communication initiated by the supplier to keep in the loop of what the is going on! when i take it upon myself to make the calls to find out, Im met by Irenes appalling attitude, telling me how she will get back to me, mumbling nonsensical excuses along with that! she blows you off over the phone as if they are now doing YOU the favour! what the type of business are these people running-have they never heard of customer service?? what? now you have paid for the goods, you are at our mercy?? for days
