Very Bad Attitude

We ordered a storage hut from these people and paid 80% up front on 9 April 2013 and were promised delivery and installation within two weeks. After two weeks with no delivery we could not get hold of Darryl or Janine on cell or e-mail and despite leaving many messages I think they returned maybe one or two calls. Eventually after threatening them with legal action product was delivered and installed on 8 May 2013 and I paid the outstanding balance on 9 May. No word of apology explanation or anything from them at all. I must add though that the product was exactly what we had ordered and the installation team did a great job but we would certainly never use them again or even recommend them to anyone to use them. The total lack of communication from their side was appalling and we really thought that we had been conned up until the product was actually installed.
