The courier came to my house and asked for the relevant documentation. Due to the photo not being 100% clear he was very rude. I told him to wait that I can rescan my ID for him to give me my card. He was very rude in mumbling comments. I went inside to rescan my ID and on coming out my front door he rode away.
I am not at wits end wondering if this is a part of FNB bank that allows this type of attitude towards their new platinum cheque card holders. This is NOT the first complaint I have heard of these couriers with bad attitudes. I have heard how they put the phone down in your ear from a relevant source, being my son who also experienced a bad attitude from CCD couriers. I have taken a days leave for this delivery, I phoned the courier company directly after he left and was promised to call the courier who delivered to turn back and redeliver, to which I have heard nothing. On my second call I heard they had lodged a request. The point is that I have taken leave today, this man must be in possession of a cellular phone to call him to turn around or not? I am disgusted to know that my new bank makes use of these people and send them to their clients!
