Bad Service and Ongoing Hassles with Pool

We had a pool installed by Clear Water Pools, headed up by Ernst, in November 2013. The rep was pleasant and the order went in, including 4 heating panels.

The installation began swiftly but the problems became apparent soon thereafter. The plumbing on the roof panels was done incorrectly and at one stage the installer even cut a piece of our fascia off to accommodate his bad workmanship. I insisted they fix this at the time. The shell is chipped in 2 places. The water does not run the full cycle of the panels & thus the heating is inefficient. The vacuum seal on the plumbing blew on day 1. There's hardly any suction as the substandard filter system is constantly clogged & runs only a couple of hours before becoming blocked up. There is also a lot of water loss through a bad leak at the pump. The pool is impossible to keep clean under these conditions & our water bill / chemical outlay is mounting quickly!

We have left many messages, which are never returned and made many requests for Ernst to rectify the issues, but to date he has not even stepped foot on our property to see things for himself. Never trust Clear Water Pools, or its manager, Ernst! Finette Vogts
