Avoid Clearwater at all Costs

Fibreglass pool installed in July 2012 and immediately after hand-over there was no suction. Was repaired reluctantly after many calls to Ernst Labuschagne. Then the trouble commence with excessive water loss and Ernst promised again and again to repair but the team simply did not arrive.
I escalated this to JP du Plessis, MD of Clearwater Pools, and although he "appointed" Garaint to remedy, no progress has been made since October 2012 - there has been every reason for a no-show and no real interest from JP du Plessis.
The water loss is most certainly from the pipes and as a result the fibreglass is bulging in.
Clearwater Pools is not a member of any Pool&Spa association, even though this is clearly stated on their documentation; Clearwater Pools do not operate from any physical business address - their documentation is a complete misrepresentation. Their VAT registration and Company registration appear suspect. The contract signed is not worth the paper it is written on and do not expect a copy; their warranty is suspect and materials poor.
We are pursuing the matter legally
