CLEARWATER POOLS - DO NOT USE THEM!

Received incredibly poor service from Ernst and Arno. Here is my sad story:
o 1st shell delivered was second-hand and cracked at one corner
o 2nd shell was installed 1.5 months late - the useless sub-contractor just did not arrive for days.
o Marks appeared on the fibreglass surface, but the manufacturer has ignored my request to come and inspect this. Clearwater says it's not their problem even though they were very eager to take my money for the shell.
o Paving had to be re-done twice and now, 4 months later there are cracks all over - Ernst says its not his problem.
o Filter and creepy given is cheap and. I had to replace the "eco friendly" cartridge filter with a sand filter at cost of R5000 as it was blocking after 2 days. I was never informed about the pros and cons of a cartridge filter.
o The cheap creepy comes to a dead stop on even small twigs.
o Roof panels were tightened with thin pieces of string instead of metal fasteners.
o Piping on roof done incorrectly and I have had to fix this.

These people will take your money and leave you with problems. Call me on 0827141999 before you even consider using this company.
