Clearwater Pools
STAY AWAY!

We signed a deal with Clearwater pools in October 2012 - 3 shells and 2 months later I finally got my pool in (incorrect mosaic but at this stage happy just to have a pool!) I have NEVER come across a company so badly run or incompetent as Clearwater. Not to mention bombastic in their attitude to their clients! AND STILL we having problems - MY WATER FEATURE WALL COLLAPSED (built on NO foundation and these the pros?), the pool is leaking and I am loosing at least 2 to 3" of water a day. It has cost us a bundle to get the water right and pool clean once Ernst and his team delivered (full of cement and filthy!) My coping for the water feature incorrect colour to match my incorrect mosiac - NO response from Ernst after sending emails and leaving messages so yes we are also taking legal action. DO NOT USE THESE people they are the lowest of low - to take ones hard earned cash and give the service they do is unbelievable. Inferior products, inferior service and NO after sales! BEWARE they are nothing but and bakkie builders
