Stay away from Sundero Pools

I had a pool fitted by Sundero pools in October 2012. They have still not completed all the work and have still not supplied all the equipment that was quoted for. See list below

1) Pump timer broke within 2 months - Acknowledged fault but still no replacement
2) Pump lower than pool level - Ball valve needs to be installed otherwise my pool empties when I want to clear the leaf trap - still not done
3) Paving around pool needs to be compacted - Still not done and pavers cracking as a result
4) Was quoted for a net as well as a solar blanket - nothing received yet, had to buy my own cover for R9000
5) No handover kit - had to buy my own net, pole and test kit
6) Solar panels leak - still not repaired
7) Marbelite has serious discoloration

I would seriously discourage anyone from using them to do a pool. I have called Vaughn about 50 -60 times and given them numerous chances to rectify the problems but they do not seem interested.
