I went into buiders warehouse on Sunday the 10/02/2013. i asked for a quotation for laminate floors and was advised that they are out of stock for the Trento light oak skirting, reducer and T piece. i was told they would contact the head office and call me back. i have never received as call back and everytime i phone i just get put on hold with people discussing soccer in the background and not resolving my query, leaving me on hold. this is disgusting service,
the manager who says he is Elvis does not even bother to phone me back and advise when this stock will e ready for me.
