Pick 'n Pay
Paid for broken empty boxes

Shops, Products, Services

Good Day,

I have been to sanridge shopping center pick n pay yesterday (Sunday arround 3PM) and I have requested for a empty cardboard boxes/containers to the manager and He asked me to pay for it. Where Spar, Dischem and Makro etc give for free. I have also brought same empty simba boxes from Makro on Saturday for free.

I am in need of these because I am moving to new place.

I would not mind to pay and I have paid. Initially manager said its 2 rand each and when i get to the till and they said its R 2.50 each and I have bought like 2 boxes. I did not want to argue there and I have paid and was in rush and left from there. When I came home and checked the boxes, those were damaged.
This is not fair with pick n pay and I was so frustrated. I haven't expected this kind of service from pick n pay.
I will write my experience and about the service of the pick n pay on notice board at the entrance of my complex and I will not recommend pick n pay to anyone.

Regards,
Saikiran
