No Refund after accepting stock back

I have purchased many items from Ceramic World - Centurion total amounting to R14, 370.00 on the abovementioned invoice number.
Amongst the items purchased was a specific tile.

As I am not in the Building Industry, the tiler I acquired the services of, had informed me the square meters of the area in which to be tiled (which was doubled checked by the Contractor doing the Building works).
I had given this information to Centurion Salesrep, named Gift, at the store and he calculated that the amount of boxes of tiles needed for the area would. I trusted the employees of your company as experts in the tiling sector and would provide me with the correct information.
As you will understand that thereafter it does take some time to be complete construction as building does not happen overnight and the usage for tiles was for a bathroom which was done as the last part of the construction.
I have found that after construction, the calculation done was incorrectly and I am left over with many boxes of tiles.
The Store thereafter accepts these returns back and refuses to refund me back.
So now I have no tiles, and am out of pocket for that amount. I have emailed Store and Owner, no response
