Dont seem to be interested in our business

On 2 February 2013 we went to the branch and selected a shower door from the display. We wanted a specific size (900-950x1800) with clear glass which was not in stock and they couldnt tell us the price. I wanted to pay a deposit to ensure that they would order it. We were told they would phone the supplier on Monday to get a price and availability and they would phone me so that I could pay and they would order it. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. I heard nothing from them the whole week and on Saturday 9 February I tried repeatedly to phone but the number simply remains engaged. Eventually my husband went to the shop to speak to them directly. They could find no record of my order (although it had been written in a book together with my phone number) and no-one knew what he was talking about. He was told to wait for someone else who would help him. 45 minutes later, when no-one was forthcoming, he walked out of the shop. Clearly they dont need our business.
