We just moved into our first house. I decided to buy a trimmer/edger (Lawn Star LS900) on the 22 of Dec 2013. On the SECOND use the motor burned out. Awesome. I took it back to builders on 11 Jan 2014 to be replaced or refunded so that I can purchase another make. They informed me that they don't have any stock to swap out so they have to send it to the supplier. The funny thing is that the following day I went back to the store for something else and low and behold, they have stock of the exact trimmer... apparently for days! After weeks of silence I decided to phone for an update. I was informed that the supplier only collected the item on the 30th of Jan!!! The best of all is that I need to wait ANOTHER 2 week for their "investigation". It was brand new. Hardly used twice! Clearly it was faulty. This whole thing resulted in me paying for garden services. The exact thing I wanted to avoid. Who is going to refund me that money?

I don't care any more about the product or your supplier. Give me a refund so that I can purchase something else.
