I had a complaint regarding outdoor lights we purchased from Builders Warehouse, we have had an issue about 2 years back and I was sent through to the supplier who swopped them for us. The same thing has happened to the lights, I phoned the supplier and he said nothing they could do. (1 1/2 years old) i can understand if they were cheap lights, they werent! I phoned the contact centre explained my situation and told them it was unaccceptable. Nastasia immediately took the matter in hand, she contacted Cliffie and Builders have told us to bring in the 3 fitting for refund or exchange AWESOME service from NASTASIA and CLIFFIE at Builders warehouse.
