Worst customer service in SA

Went to buy a post form top from the Fourways branch, first of all I got totally ignored by the staff member at the cutting section, not even trying to acknowledge my presence. After getting management got involved the top was cut. When loading the piece I noticed the one corner of the piece that was purposely cut, is broken as it was clearly dropped. I've tried to get hold of management but to no avail, eventually phoned the regional manager but is standing here for more than half an hour with nothing happening. Surely this is not customer service. For how much longer I'm going to wait and lose out on money I don't know.
