Eastgate Regional Shopping Centre
Car bumped in parking lot and badly handled

On returning to my car today in the parking lot at Eastgate I noticed that my back bumper had been damaged - obviously by a car that had misjudged the corner. I approached the security that stands on the roof overlooking the parking area and right near my car, he climbed down to take a look and said he had seen nothing but I needed to approach the centre management. I did so and waited a long time while my family waited in the car. Eventually I was attended to where my details were written on a scrap piece of paper and I was told they will check the CCTV - which is not functioning well since Fidelity no longer manages it - and come back to me. Needless to say I have heard nothing. Bad service and shocking response Eastgate!!!
