Not willing to help or lister - pathetic service

I was at builders warehouse earlier and wanted to buy a piece of wood, the have machines there to cut huge blocks of wood, glass, mirrors etc- as the wood was to big for my car, I ask if they can cut it in half. it was so thin I could break it, but want it neatly done - so they told me they absolutely do not do that and dont have the machines to do it - hello, I am looking at the guy busy doing it. I was even willling to pay, but no matter what i ask, the answers stays no - upon phoning them each and every manager was either in a meeting, or in Johannesburg. You guys really need to learn something regarding customer service. You are beyond pathetic, just because I am a woman dont treat me like i know nothing. And please dont respond by saying: thank you for your complaint we have forwarded it to the relevant manager' like the other thousand of complaints on the website. Im not interested in waiting for ever and a day.
