Try a bit of Client service

I was at Builders and bought some wood that needed cutting, There was a que of 2 people and I thought that it wouldnt be that long to wait. O how wrong was I, the lazy guy cutting the wood - would cut one plank then sit around and chat. After a 45 Minute wait, I thought maybe a Manager could help, Wrong again!!! I went to Juan and asked If he could please assist as we were waiting for ages. Juan, rolled his eyes at me and sighed and said that they use a queing system... 2 people in a que... If you cant help a client without rolling your eyes at them - then maybe management is not your thing. I am in the service industry and would never dream of treating a client that is unhappy the way you treated me. Some Customer care courses suggested. I must however admit, after arguing Juan did assist with the issue quickly and 5 minutes later we were done... Why was this not done in the first place?? and lazy cutter should work and this issue would have been avoided. Juan also just a " no problem let me see how I can help you, maybe a smile.. instead of a huff and puff - Would have made me a happy customer.
