What happened to Builders?

First impressions count, you should know that. Your entrance (roundabout) is filthy, littered with boxes, papers and rubbish. This extends to your parking lot too. I walked in and went to the information desk, where i was properly ignored by both the staff there, who were too busy in conversation to acknowledge my presence. Until I moved to walk away, then I got a huffy "Yes? " out of one of them.
When I got to the till, the teller did not say one intelligible word to me, although, I did hear one mumble from him.

Maybe all the staff had a problem with management or got some news the weren't happy about. Maybe they are all still babalas from Christmas. Or maybe they just don't give a about customers.

What ever the excuse is, I was thoroughly disappointed.
