I bought a bedroom suite at the end of march. To date I have made over 80 phone calls to westgate branch, their warehouse and their customer service line to get my money back. The bedroom suite was damaged and so was the replacement one, then it was discontinued so I am due a full refund as I have paid them for the past 5 months. As a paying customer I am not interested in hearing from the branch that the warehouse doesn't know what they are doing and neither do I want to hear from the warehouse that the branch needs more training... I also feel ofended when I call the branch to see what is happening and buyi tells me she can't help me now as she is busy phoning clients who don't pay first then she will phone me back when she is finished with that. Surely a paying customer should be treated equal if not better. Not one of the people I spoke to had enough insight to expadite a resolution. I have worked in the customer service industry for more than 10 years and have never come across a situation where company consultants treated customers so disrespectfully. Senior management can contact me should they want proof of what is going on at ground level. I just want my money back.
