Used this company for our new pool. Whenever you have issues with their workmanship, their general manager, Charlene would be arrogant & insist all was done well without sending people out to see those things. Funny that the issues where sorted, meaning they were there & not even once did I get an apology for the rude emails I got. There was a hole in the wall taking the water from our yard which they closed while they were busy with the shell, when I asked I was told it will be sorted before they do the paving, when they were busy with the paving, they guaranteed me there was no need to have one again & now whenever it rains, we have a second pool. The same people who caused this issue, are now expecting me to pay almost R3K to get this fixed & the last meeting I had with Tim, he promised to have it sorted. I have since sent a text to Tim asking for a meeting & how I was not happy to pay the almost R3K & up to this day, no word from him, even the pool cleaner that took forever to be delivered which is yet to clean the whole pool was done so with no prior arrangement while I was at work. Cherry on top, we are yet to get our certificate after completion.
