Bad workmanship

Clearwater pools did some repairs on my swimming pool in December 2012. The paving around the swimming pool needed to be replaced and the swimming pool needed to repaired, because the ground/soil around the swimming pool sides gave away. It is now more than a year that we are waiting for the installer to come and finish the faulty paving that was installed after the pairs were done. In the meanwhile the same problem with the soil giving way next to the swimming pool sides appeared and the new paving has now collapsed next to the swimming pool. The swimming pool cracked as the swimming pool was not properly installed. Several telephone calls were made to the installer and one personal request was made to come and fix the problem. An email were also sent to Clearwater Pools, but they did not respond. We just want them to come and fix the problem and to finish the paving. At this stage the problem is increasing as the paving is collapsing more day by day and the crack in the swimming pool is increasing.
