Are you pumping your toilet water into the pool

Why is the pool still not sorted out? I go to gym to use the pool but this is made very difficult because it looks so disgusting. When I joined the gym the pool was fine and usable, it is no longer that way.
You offer certain facilities for the bill you charge. I suggest you refund me so I can go to a gym that has a clean pool.
