Never Again Value Paving

I heard only good things about Value Paving, so used them to redo my poolside tiling. Stefan Oosthysen is most pleasant, but the site foreman was disinterested, sitting in his bakkie in the shade, far removed from the work site, and very rude in his dealings with me, as a woman.
After chopping a hole in the side of my pool fibreglass, driving my gate off its railing, chopping through the pool light wiring, and being insulted by the foreman in front of workmen, I had a site meeting with Stefan, who promised to resolve the issues.
The new foreman was certainly more pleasant but the end result - Disaster.
The promised fibreglass repairer never arrived, and after a week of waiting I advised Stefan I would have no option but to get someone else in. He told me to go ahead!
Work that was supposed to take 2 weeks ended up taking 2 months!
I had to get a second company in, at my own expense, to repair fibreglassing, replace wiring, refit pavers that were uneven and created an unsafe surface, and regrout most of that already done as it cracked and crumbled in 2 days.
Pool was repainted due to stains left by building debris left lying in it for 3 weeks
Very disappointing and costly for me!
