Bad service and attitude

I have requested the service of clear water pools hearties and Brits to renovate my pool... Jaco the guy in charge quoted me R21000 for pool renovation and to remove and install the current paving around the pool.

He requested 50% of the total amount of which I paid him R12000 he painted the pool and breakdown the paving of which I had to buy new paving whereby initially he promised he will remove and replace the same paving.
After painting the pool he laid down some paving and he requested I give him the balance because the remaining job is not much, I then told him the agreement is that the remaining balance will be paid after the completion of the job.

He started swearing at me and breaking the tiles inside the pool and pulling off the pool lights and pouring cement inside the pool. I called the estate security and the police and opened a case of malicious damage to property.
Was only made aware by the estate security that this is not the first incident, as more than 3 residents had to complain about his service.
