Mr gutter East Rand take their clients for granted

It been three months since i requested mr gutter (East rand branch) to come fix gutters which where installed sometime in February 2013, hardly 6 months (on their 30 year guarantee) i noticed some deficincies, then spoke to Teauns for over two months kept on promising to come 3 months later i am still waiting. then spoke to Driekus who also promised to come soon as possible, its a over three weeks & still waiting, then reverted to head office spoke to Heidi about 3 weeks ago) who spoke to the franchise owner (Hennie) to assist on long over due query & told me to expect a call from Hennie in 24 hrs, its been two weeks & Hennie has not called & does not answer my calls. I have a query pending with regards to my payment to them which they are all the above parties are fully aware of ..IF I DONT GET AN IMMEDIATE RESULUTION O THIS QUERY THEN I WILL FORWARD THE QUERY TO THE RELEVANT STATE ORGAN...
